exactly maybe there are some hardworkers but in general they are underworked and overpaid about time the government did something.

Yes ok VP, but given the special circumstances, isn't the bill for civil servants picked up by Turkey? Why should you chaps in the private sector worry about it?

Are you recommending that the few surviving TCs should be replaced by Settlers, like you, who can do the job for a tenth the salary?

They should do the honorable thing and withdraw their application.

When people talk of “Europe” they’re not just talking about a geographic region but a whole bunch of other unwritten prerequisites to qualify as “European” that Turkey could never meet, and you’d think that Turkey would know this by now!

Turkey's application to join the EU makes as much sense as a European country applying to join the OIC! :lol:
