I think you've accidentally placed this in the wrong section and perhaps Admin might move it.

I only managed the first 17 minutes ... but the take home message (was it Oli Rehn?) so far, is all the countries are making good/steady progress towards meeting the EU fundamental principles and goals except for Turkey, which "has a long way to go" and something mumbled about its need for "normalisation of relations with Cyprus".
