...that is way i suggest that at the Federal level electors should vote thricely, from three seperate slates, so that Parties can support candidates that are "Greek" and "Turk" winning a majority in an Upper House of equally divided seats to lead, while there exists a Lower House for sober second thought, sitting in Committees of the Government, voting by consensous debating through their speaker, elected as an Independant Representative by population (one for each Electoral riding). (It would be possible to vote one chair Maronite and other chairs as well if everyone voted from four slates, or more). Everyone as equals, everyone as Individuals voting "once" exactly the same way.

National Assemblies represent a means to define ourselves as Persons, rather than Individuals. They represent a bold experiment in Social Engineering which we are commited to demonstrate having declared that the State should act Bicommunally (and now), Bizonally. More than our Individual Rights, they will sustain the Identity of people as Communities, with enclaves, thusly made up of components territorially, adding a vatality to each's society from its diversity. If in the future other National Assemblies were Chartered, then this geographic definition of Bizonality can be a tool in representing new realities with the changing demographic. The displaced, all of them, need closure. As Humans we are neither "Greeks" or "Turks", there is the Rule of Law, its custom is Universal. If the "border" remained where it is, these Individuals, as Persons would have the opportunity to return, as communities; with enclaves. The Settlers, those whose application for Cypriot Citizenship is approved, can be offered homes with enclaves, instead of houses. So too others, newly displaced which in any resolution to this Problem will exist.
