How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

I don't appreciate you trying to distance Greece from the 15th July attack on our people and country… it’s dumb even trying as its already locked in history!

The coupists did not represent Greece as they were not elected by them ... just as Sampson did not represent the GCs!

The double enosis plan was masterminded and agreed upon between Greece & Turkey way before the junta even came to power.

Not Greece ... but the coupists!

If you are going to avoid double standards GR! ... then if you believe that the (un-elected) coupists represented the Greek people, then you must also accept that (the un-elected) Sampson represented the GCs!

Now how stupid is that?

It would be no more suicide for Britain and Greece to go against Turkey than it was for Britain to go against Nazi Germany over Poland, or for Greece to say "Oxi" to Fascist Italy over demands that it surrender.

Well, we will judge Greece on the actions it will or will not take – rigorously and objectively.

O Greece, o cradle of western civilisation, how about we see all the options on the table?

Time to put your maternal hold on Cyprus to good use before it is consigned to the dustbin of history. Time to honour fully your commitments to Cyprus and stand up to fascism as you did in 1940. Time to give Turkey an ultimatum.

"If the Government of the Hellenic Republic has not received satisfactory assurances from Turkey, by 25 December 2009, of the withdrawal of its occupying forces from the north of Cyprus, a state of war should exist between Greece and Turkey."

Warmongering by malapapa. Still getting "0" from the IQ test.

Not at all. I am talking about the fulfilment of treaty obligations, through the flexing of some military muscle, which would result n the inevitable withdrawal of Turkey's army from Cyprus, without the need for war.

When will ur lil, non-working mind realize that has TCs had sufficient military power as GCs has had there would have been just a few thousands Turkish troops?

Why don't illegal GC national guard disturb u and Turkish troops disturb?

Why GC national Guard illegally was established by Greek officers, in 1964?

The existence of Turkish troops in Cyprus is as legitimate as existence of illegal GC National Guard which still under command of Hellenic Forces of Greece.

If GCs had 4000-5000 GC NG, sure Greece would have reinforced it's troops in South from Greece.

Sorry malapapa but u still scoring "0".

Soon they will be joined by our sister French, German, Italian etc Military Forces of the EU ...

Turkey has ZERO reasons for being in Cyprus-EU and any TCs can go back with the Turkish troops and Settlers if they don't like the presence of our sister EU-Forces!

Not sure the Italians will be much use... but sure, why not? They're welcome to come over and play the mandolin.

As for "maternal" help ... Greece has always preferred Cyprus as independent. Even the coupists wanted to impose a CIA-puppet (Sampson) and not dissolve the Republic.

As for giving us help ... well, Greece helped us get into the EU. :D

The rest is up to us ...

They also help us in the Eurovision song contest.
