Afrika demands an explanation from Security Forces Command

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby bill cobbett » Fri Nov 27, 2009 2:25 am

The Ethnic Cleansing of '74 says a great, great deal about this Rascist State.

The videos of the ECHR hearing posted by Grokked last week showed testimony of further Constitutionalised Rascism. Reference was made to various articles in the Fascist Constitution that forbid property/land being owned by any greecy or by anyone of greecy descent.

Article 4 (1) of the TRNC citizenship law number 25/1993

http://www.mahkemeler.net/birlestirilmis/25-1993.doc

reads:

Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti sınırları içinde veya dışında Kıbrıslı Türk babadan olan veya Kıbrıslı Türk anadan doğan çocuklar, doğumdan başlayarak Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti yurttaşıdırlar.

Children who are born with a Turkish Cypriot father or of a Turkish Cypriot mother within or outside the borders of the Turkish Republic of North Cyprus shall be citizens of the Turkish Republic of North Cyprus as of their birth.

This has to be read in conjunction with the following from the ‘definitions’ section (my emphasis):

"Kıbrıslı Türk Ana", Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti yurttaşı ve Türk olan anayı anlatır.
"Kıbrıslı Türk Baba", Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti yurttaşı ve Türk olan babayı anlatır.

“Turkish Cypriot Mother” shall refer to a mother who is a citizen of the Turkish Cypriot of North Cyprus and is Turkish.
“Turkish Cypriot Father” shall refer to a father who is a citizen of the Turkish Cypriot of North Cyprus and is Turkish.

In other words, a Maronite born in Kormakitis (Koruçam) or a Greek Cypriot born in Rizokarpaso (Dipkarpaz) would be denied citizenship of the TRNC, should they wish to acquire it, on purely racial grounds despite being born within its de facto territory.

And still you're not answering Kik's question. Were you trying to be devious, misleading and dishonest or did the dog eat that sentence when you quoted it?

Gradually the gang has turned their attention to you. I can rest now, be warned they are relentless in their effort and viscous in their thoughts. You do have one saving grace. It will be like being attacked by 10 Pit bull terriers with their teeth removed. So really you have nothing to worry about in reality just enjoy the spectacle of it.
But just in case I would change my Bermuda shorts to some sort of french suit or armour. Some of them may be sharks in disguise and grow new teeth.

Isn't that why my children who were born in London are liable to do the military service in TRNC, if they should wish to go their on Holiday. Although it has been relaxed more recently.

The only saving grace is that we can have multiple citizenship. I for instance have 4. Does that make me a VIP?
I really wanted to apply to mars as well but I though if they read these posts, I will probably be refused on account that I am slightly aggressive towards my GC friends on account that they were shooting at me when I was a kid.

I know mikkie, but the whole point is to point out to all those who are supporters of the Racist regime in the north who at the same time claim that they have a Democracy and even a Human Rights commissioner. Just what is the job of the Human Rights commissioner in the north.?? Does any one know.?

-mikkie2- wrote:Let me give you a small example from the UK - The BNP (British National Party) which is basically a fascist organisation, would only allow members to be 'indigenous' British - meaning white caucasian. The BNP was recently taken to court as its constitution breaks fundamental UK laws regarding race and the party was forced to accept non-whites as members!

You are talking about private clubs and organisations who had been able to discriminate in the past, specially if they never took any public funds to run their businesses, as wrong as those policies may have been, but we are talking about Institutionalised Racism by a “country” towards their own citizens in the north if you are not a Turk. Can anyone tell me the difference between that and Hitler's Germany.? [/quote]

I have a confession to make Alrfesko. I too was shot at four times. The shots came from Ledra Palace Hotel from beneath United Nations flags. GCs occupied the lower floors of the said hotel. I forgave the 'bastards' but my niece didnt. Everytime she sees me she reminds me of the events. She was three at the time and remembers well.

We all have to forgive at times. Otherwise the whole world will be in turmoil. I am not saying that we forget. Look at the English and the Germans, the west and the Japan etc. Queen Elisabeth, sitting next to 'terrorist' leaders like Makarios and leaders of other African states; as leaders of the Commonwealth. Life must go on.

Happy Bayram.we cannot sulk all the time. We know the 'Road to Happiness'lets take it.

Bloody hell; I want to hug Oracle now

I too have forgiven who ever shot at me, I knew it wasn't personal, but I just like to remind my friends in the south that there was a spot of bother before 74, cause I think that their education system is rather deficient on the matter.
Get better soon. DR YFred recommends (sick soup as my kids used to call it) Trahana soup for the sick.
However I have no such desires regarding our Ms O.
Happy Bayram to all the TCs and also to the GCs just in case maybe some day they were TCs and converted.
