OVERVIEW OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS SITUATION IN NORTH CYPRUS

Unlike most countries, especially in the European Union (EU), there is no comprehensive monitoring of the human rights situation in North Cyprus. So far, there is no public institution entrusted with this task and no civil society organisation or network is systematically collecting relevant data. There is no parliamentary human rights commission, specially appointed human rights ombudsman or institution operating a systematic human rights recording and reporting system.

Forgive me for butting in to your conversation and all that but this bit tickled me, somewhat.
Property Rights
The issue of property rights in North Cyprus is a major area of concern and one which is inevitably tied into “The Cyprus Problem” while being used on both sides of the Green Line as an excuse to not fully respect human rights relating to property.

The fact that the legal government behaves exactly the same as the illegal government speaks volumes. And all within international law, fancy that?
Does it not old chap?

This is the point. And no international organisation will do the work because of the recognition/non-recognition problem. So it doesn't get monitored ....

Hey barf-brains...

The US has the world’s WORST Human Rights record so they are in NO position to point their finger at anyone else, and not to mention that they are NOT an international authority on Human Rights!

In fact, they have such an appalling record that they’ve only JUST (this month) decided to attend for the first time in a long time…

U.S. to attend conference held by war crimes court

“For the first time in nearly eight years, the United States will participate in a conference with members of the International Criminal Court, a decision that signals growing U.S. support for a war crimes tribunal the Bush administration once shunned.”

But, we know that the embargo has a direct relationship with this matter. The question one must ask is how much of that responsibility the roc is responsible for in percentage terms?
Does it accept any responsibility?

That's a TC website so you should keep that in mind when reading from there.

Whilst doing this, you also come to the realisation that there is no nation in the world that is completely immune from alleged HR violations. Some countries are extreme violators of HR, such as Iran, North Korea, China, Saudi Arabia and many more.

No mention whatsoever of the world's biggest violator of Human Rights???

Sleep tight Paphitis…

I forgot to mention that the US can only be deemed rather very mediocre (middle range) violator of Human Rights. It is neither a gross violator, nor is it top of the class....

But it still remains a top notch nation. Fantastic to visit, and the people are very polite.

You should visit. You won't regret it....

Absolutely great country....

And bama's Nobel Peace prize was well deserved....

You are an utter swine. You posted it, and now you are saying only believe the bits that are anti TRNC and Pro roc. You are a prize prat.
Is there on human right violations of TC and their properties in the south?
Are you buffoon?
The answer to both the above is a massive, gigantic and humongous yes.

Judging by the excitement shown in your graphics, one suspects that her hand is holding, something in the mid regions with a vertical and an occasional horizontal motion to break the monotony for the hand, and then perhaps switch hands and more of the same. 31 and 58 reh from vosko shilla just in case you are a she.
