19) Not acceptable. Again look at USA example. Every state decides their own tax policy, and fiscal policy.

States in the USA DO choose there state tax policy however the federal tax rate is universal and law, many states such as florida dont even have a state tax.meanwhile a state like new york and inparticular myself pays federal, state, and city tax(municipality tax)and the rates would be as follows on my salary 28%,6%,4% so you see the federal govt collects the lion share of revenue. If I LIVED IN FLORIDA i would only be paying the federal rate of 28%.

im specifically talking about the boundaries on that map concerning karpas in other words that area and plus so what we got in annan 5.

concerning your tax comment it came acros as though states would only be taxing and not the federal govt.which thats how the US was first created as a conferderation.

the map seems quite interesting. 50% of GC refugees would get to return under GC administration. so maybe 25% get to return under TC administraiton and then 25% get compensated?

im also assuming there are no physical borders between each state aside from signs that are first in turkish and then in greek?

Does that map take into account the revised SBA boundaries proposed by the British? I don't see a huge amount of change there, although the map's may not be clear enough to show the boundary alterations.
