Anyone to explain to Mr Ahmet?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

The 19th Century was Europe’s century.

The 20th Century was America’s century.

It rather looks as though the 21st century will be Asia’s century. It won’t happen at once, just as the transition from power being in Europe to power being in America didn’t happen overnight, but it is slowly happening.

So, RoC, please do all you can to stop Turkey joining a decaying Europe, a correct vision in the early part of the 20th Century when Europe appeared to have the power, but is now increasing irrelevant to Turkey’s and TRNC’s needs.

There’s a huge difference between Turkic countries which are experiencing next to zero progress, and the true Asian powerhouses like China, Japan, and a couple of others so don’t get confused about what’s lying ahead for Turkey... even worse for stranded Ottomans on Cyprus!

You've obviously never visited a modern Turkish city, but dream on if it keeps you happy.

I've got bad news for you...

The European Union, who is represented by the rotating Council presidency and the European Central Bank, is the 20th member of the G-20.

good news is EU=France+Germany. If for a second you thought that south cyprus has a say in anything you are being naive. Role of south cyprus is to play the bad cop. Barking dog never bites.

How interesting. I never knew that. Do you know what happens when a EU country that is already a G20 member, like France, Germany or UK (or maybe Turkey in future ) gets the Council presidency. Does it become a G19?

Maybe it will be China's turn but don't confuse the civilized Chinese with the uncivilized Turks. Remember that your Barbarian Mongoloids oppressed the Chinese for quite some time but then they kicked you out of China. ;)
