Christophias is quite right in his suggestion that the only way to resolve this situation is for the Turkish side to return enough territory to the G.C's to reduce the number of claims to a level which can be dealt with financially.

SO what your saying is let the GC have the right to order that a 40 million dollar investment be raised to the ground so he can have his land back? Get Real you people it aint gonna happen.

This is the nature of high-risk investments, especially those sailing close to the wind. The rewards can be great; but, equally, so can the losses.

What will hit us, YFred? Stop talking in riddles. Is the sky going to fall down - like it did in 2004? (After the Annan Plan sham)

All we hear are idle threats and bluster. If you want to scare the free part of Cyprus into submission, then you're not doing a very good job about it.

Hang on. Let me have a look ........ no, def not shite-ing myself.

So what's gone wrong with the some northern fools approach to winning sympathy from the International Community these past few decades? Why will no one touch the Illegal Regime with a barge-pole?

Why are we always threatened with the promise of the Holy Grail of Recognition, one that is as mythical, as self-delusional, as fanciful today as it was all those years ago?

Some of our tissy friends really have to show a little more bravery and honesty to answer that question .....

Reh Billagui, stop wearing them brown Kelvin Clines and go for M&S whites. Even you will not miss the result no matter how drunk you are from the recent ecapade of pretend journalising.

You really can't see that the international community is tired of the games being played by the GC side for the last 10 years.

Would another member of the international community (in poor little Cyprus's position) have played the game any differently, do you think? For that would determine how tired they really are.

And what do you think the international community will do, YFred? Now that it's so tired.

What will happen in four months, YFred?

Realisation of reality and the acceptance of futility of your maximalist negotiating position.
You haven't said anything about the right of all TC land to be also returned to the rightful owners including the Larnaka airport land, or is it only the GCs who are entitled to that.

You are blind, bill! If the world still refuses to recognise the Glorious Turkish Northern Regime then just you wait and see what will happen, bill! Just you wait! The International Community won't know what's hit them!

Forget donner kebabs. Chicken or lamb; with or without chilli sauce, sir... 'cos every single donner kebab shop on earth will go on strike! (Apart from the ones owned by Kurds). You hear? You hear me, bill?

Drunken pub goers all over the world will have nothing to munch on after closing time. That'll show them! Just you wait, bill. See how we fix the unfair world for supporting those silly games you are playing!

"Larnaca airport land" ???? Are some of you chaps so desperate in your dodgy arguments, so devoid of any reasonable argument, thay you have to come back time and time again and again and again on that old propagandist myth, one we've debunked here on CF on several occasions.

If that's all some of you boys have got, then am still not shite-ing myself.

(by the way are we talking old or new LCA or has the myth spread to the new one?)

The GC lawyers team accused Turkey bribeing "poor" GCs via TRNC properties board with an aim to ethnically cleanse North and partition island. Turkish lawyers fiercly opposed the claims of GC lawyers and mentioned the name of famous GC businessman as an example that it's irrelevant to claim that Turkey via TRNC properties board try to bribe "poor" GCs and ethnically cleanse North for permenant partition of Cyprus.

Tomorow, judges of ECHR will decide whether to redirect all pending GC cases to TRNC properties board or not...

The reality is that land and property is still owned by the people who had to leave it in 1974. This cannot be changed.

All rightful owners are entitled to their land, OK? That's the law. What do you take me for? An uncivilised hypocrite?

It's the new one and you know it. Have got your M&Ss on yet? No doubt the motorways must cross some TC land at some point too. All coming back.

My Beloved and Brave Fellow Fighters in the Noble Cause of National Liberation, I have a terrible, terrible, yes a twice terrible and awful Confession to make to you all ....

One night, many years ago, with the innocence of an unwise youth and whilst being under the influence of unsavoury company and excessive consumption of beer ......

I had a Doner Kebab !!!!!! ...

(.... and that did make me shite myself.)
