Freddie, am saddened by your lack of faith in judicial process, the UN etc. Perhaps in some areas, like the cost of getting justice in places like GB, would agree. They ain't perfect but the best we've got.

.. so let me try and restore our faith a bit.....

The ECHR, has judges from the member states of the CoE inc Turkey.

Doesn't charge a penny for applications to it and has a pretty easy to use process.

It never awards costs or penalties against the applicant if they lose a case, something which is a major deterent to seeking justice in other courts.
