I'm not sure about meaning of 'Park View'.
Probably it isn't, if you mean the name of the area.
How to find the flat:
You go up from Bodyline bilding, get Petrolina gas station and turn right.
Then go approximately 200 meters straight and that is it. I hope it will help.
