In most of the examples you have provided the legal entitlements of indigenous people have been given meaningful recognition.
In Australia Indigenous Australians have been granted Native Title to huge tracts of land which is highly valuable in terms of mineral resources and tourism and in the USA First Nation people have had their land rights recognized and they are even allowed to operate casinos. Neither of these peoples had Title Deeds(legal title) and in Australia land use by most Native groups was not in accordance with the formal requirements of ownership (Mabo). I have registered legal Title deeds to property which is recognized at law internationally and through Europe and yet you are trying to say this is of no consequence based purely on the fact that you do not like my ethnic background. The Geneva Convention on Human Rights cannot be breached simply because you hate Greeks.
