isn't it a house in the cheap end of Brighton? Anyway Mr A wont get the house but the money awarded in the RoC court and the Os will only have to worry if they refuse to pay.

It's a question of enforcing the judgement. If the Orams don't have enough cash to pay Apostolides then they wiil have to sell their house in Hove to raise the funds. Apostolides will still own his land in Cyprus whatever the outcome.
For the superstitious, the judgement may be delivered on Friday 13th.
