Don't know about bulldozers but Mr Apostolides will be the proud owner of an English country home soon.

So, couple of donums of land for an English country house, that's fair isn't it. If the judge goes for it, he should be strung up, quartered and then hanged till dead.

isn't it a house in the cheap end of Brighton? Anyway Mr A wont get the house but the money awarded in the RoC court and the Os will only have to worry if they refuse to pay.

It's a question of enforcing the judgement. If the Orams don't have enough cash to pay Apostolides then they wiil have to sell their house in Hove to raise the funds. Apostolides will still own his land in Cyprus whatever the outcome.

For the superstitious, the judgement may be delivered on Friday 13th.

Now why would the predominantly Muslim North be worried about a superstition bases on the date Christ was crucified?

the Os could claim bankruptcy - i think you get to keep your main home and the tools of your trade in UK law...
