Emma, could you tell us about your favorite Egyptian food and when was the last time you had some. Is Cous cous popular in Egypt or is is mainly a Maghribi dish. I am talking about the real Cous cous.

cous cous isnt Egyptian its mainly Arabic, Egyptian food is almost like Greek food!! exept we dont eat pork, i love stuffed vegs with mence mmm yummy, we eat load of fish and we do it the same as cypriot way of doing fish!

there is only few things that i cant find it over here but is the same as greek food!

so far i had too many greek food that exactly like egyptian food only with deffirent name, like mousaka i think the name of it.. thats egyptian! instead of pork we use lamb or beef

...and now its time for lunch. Some salt beef, Cypriot bread, Houmus, Olives,yogurt, tomatos a little bit of Roquefort, alas lacking your company. :lol:

Oh, oranges for desert.
