Mr Davutoğlu was speaking at a joint press conference after discussions with his British counterpart David Miliband in Ankara.
Mr Davutoğlu said “promises are mutual. The promise to remove the isolation of the TRNC is as much binding to our side as Turkey’s promise to open its ports is binding to the European Council”.

Stressing that Ankara’s stance on the issue was very clear, the Minister said Turkey has always looked at the Cyprus issue from a comprehensive point of view, and not on the narrow topic of ports issue.

“We have two options in front of us, and we choose the first. And that is a comprehensive solution”, he said, adding that Turkey was in support of a settlement to bring peace not only to Cyprus but also to the Eastern Mediterranean.

Mr Halalin, why didn't you finish the report? It's not fair you teasing us this way. I want to know what Mr Davutoğluğlu's second option is!

Oh no! ....... not, ... God Forbid, ... the dreaded Plan B!

Is that Plan 'B' for 'Bullshit', per chance? But surely Mr Davutoğluğluğlu knows the Bullshit Plan was rejected in 2004.

insan, why did you randomly highlight a sentence about ports in red - as though by way of explanation?

I thought u were as clever as Einstein and u would latch on that second option was the opening of the ports... Unfortunately, ur IQ is not as high as I expected.

I'd need to have the brain of the supercomputer "Deep Thought", from Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, to have any chance of comprehending communications from planet insan.

In your case just find any brain to start with, and then that may open for opportunities to find something better. You empty headed sub-human.
If only it was possible to be able to buy one, you'd be alright, until then tough luck.
