It is just my lifestyle choice; I 'enjoy' cleaning the villa, pool and my cars, but I could never be bothered to cook. So, I eat cold meals - most of which are relatively healthy, or heat things up, such as soup etc - and at weekends eat out or get takeaway.

I am doing the world a favour leaving my oven to spend its days at rest! No-one would ask me to cook for them a second time - except, maybe, the fire brigade if they wanted some overtime!

Put a cupfull of porridge oats in a bowl.
If, like me, you have a sweet tooth, add a couple of teaspoons of sugar.
Add loads of milk. Yes milk, not fond of porridge made with water.

So far so good, but you forgot to sprinkle some cinnamon on top…
