No Mallow is different. That has palmate leaves and best cooked with egg and aggrelli/Asparagus. Just checked Wikipedia; some call it Jews spinach.

Molokhia is the Grekified word. You must know it. he leaves are narrow, like the shape of a slender cypress tree. Stewed with chicken served with lemon and garlic.

Molohiya is what Asil NAdir chap used to use to transport cannabis with.

ha ha, a good friend of mine was going through a bad patch with her husband and whilst making steak pie one evening for the family's dinner she put cat food in his instead of steak, she made him two!
he enjoyed it so much he asked for another "of course you can" she said.
she enjoyed it more than him.

Years ago.......Mrs Z4's father made lunch for her and her sister. They had pate and toast.....but it wasn't pate. He accidently thought the tin of cat food was pate. I think Mrs Z4 sussed and didnt eat any
