The clear aim of the Turkish soldiers was to shoot to kill, no questions asked. The thought of even stopping him by shooting him in the legs was not even considered. It was cold blooded murder.
The report said, they fired into the air several times as warning shots but he ignored them. Charles Darwin has a theory on this. It's called natural selection.
"warning shots". Read the report!
There is an unverified, dodgy claim of warning shots which comes from the Turkish Authorities who the report also condemns for the shortcomings in its investigation of this murder.
Again, read the report. It says the area was under the complete control of the TA. There was no threat from this poor boy. He could easily have been taken in to custody.
Again, read the judgement. The UN Peacekeepers were fired on to prevent them helping out this poor chap.
Freddie, a few hours ago I made this hopeful post ....
"There is a chance here for all to join together, to show their humanity, by condemning this poor boy's murder and his murderers without any qualifications. Sadly I fear some will not take this opportunity."
Now please cut the cxxp and do the decent thing mate.

If you condemned all killings including TCs, then you have my full support, but if you start a thread TC/Turk bashing, and your fascists then get on the thread and say it's alright to kill a Turkish or TC soldier then do not expect any support dear boy. I thought you were on the moderate wing, but obviously I was mistaken.

Gosh! A challenge? OK, here goes ....
I, Bill Cobbett, being a pushtoenglesso gentleman of reasonably sound mind and body, condemn the murders of tissies at any time in the past some fifty years and look forward to the murderers being brought before the Courts.
Your turn Fredoulla, condemn the circumstances of this boy's murder and his murderers .......

I too condemn all killings from both communities, but I do not think bringing them to trial serves any purpose. If you bring one to trial, you have to bring them all to trial. If you bring them all to trial, then they will not come forward and give information regarding where they buried their victims. I prefer them to have immunity so they divulge the information so all the victim families can burry their loved ones and have closure.

Rah Fredoulla, we don't need the testimony of our murdering thugs to recover the bodies of loved ones. Take the example of the two sites of mass graves in or near Lapithos we talked about a few weeks ago. Assure you on Liberation Day +1, those sites and others will be properly investigated without the obstruction of the Illegal Regime.
But get back to this boy's murder. There is no missing body. The body was returned to his family for decent burial, so it remains for you to support bringing his murderers before the Courts.

Any time you wish to test it on court, let me know your real name and the solicitor that represents you and we can test it in court, if you have the balls.
But what makes me think your balls are the size of an amoeba like your brain? It must be the brain dead posts you keep posting, Bambo.
