He's obviously lonely bless him...

Just so he feels at home, here are some asylum seekers visiting a stadium in Walsall who wanted to say hello...

Glad you find that funny Moose - why are you ridiculing those asylum seekers for your own amusement?

Very sick!!

The problem with Cyprus, is that it's full of Cypriots!

I didn't see any such mention of the Cypriots being such a dirty breed of racist scum before I moved over here - obviously then I wouldn't have come.

That's why I'm on this Cyprus forum - warning other before they make the same mistake that I did.

My goodness someone is throwing their rattle out of the pram, calm down chaps take a step back and ask yourselves “do I need all this aggravation” I knew your answer would be no. We obviously do not all agree with each other, what a boring world if we did. My god if everyone thought like me what a boring, nauseating world it would be.
Ex-pat, please don’t think I am drawing conclusions as I am not but you have made your case clear and your views even clearer. I will respect those views although perhaps not agree with them. I am perhaps biased as I am Cypriot but first and foremost I like to think I am fair.
As I said I do not want to draw conclusions but over the years I have had men come to my cabin or office wherever we happen to be, with, If I may say, a similar attitude for whatever valid reason and in private pour their heart out to me. These men were all posted to places they didn’t want to be to do something they were either afraid of doing or didn’t want to do. Some had wives who had run off with someone else, others had a bereavement in the family they couldn’t attend, others had children who had got into trouble & felt they should be there, others had girlfriends who had
rejected them, others had new born babies they had not seen, the list is endless however the common denominator was that each of them adopted amongst other things a very negative and jaundiced view of the local people, sometimes with a hint of a reason sometimes not. The similarities are, to put it bluntly, spooky, although I might be so very wrong. If you are currently serving in the forces you will know who you can go to talk to, have a word it may help. I will confess if it helps that the longer the tour of duty the more I used to dread the mail coming out. If you are not serving then apologies but my intentions were honourable and I do not wish to pry or preach but no matter what the provocation I would choose words carefully, life is too short & I guess that goes for all of us.
