The frog spawn contains thousands of ova that are encapsulated in a sack full of liquid (Protein and water=egg white?). This helps the eggs to survive drought. I am sure the tadpole have a way to survive the dry weather just beneath the surface of the soil where moisture is always found. Frogs aint shtupid you nooo.
