its not too bad, just going part of the way up my arm!
it was strange as i had just woke up and feeling brain dead as it was so early! when all of a sudden i felt like i was going to faint, then this pain and i realised that i was actually jammed in the door with my finger!!
it is yuckfully black and slightly turning upwards with skin missing, grim hey!!!!
i will live though and cant stop what i have to do because of a finger that looks like it is pointing at everyone and everything!!
its snowing really hard here now...yey :lol:

as much as im not a morning person and i hate waking up morning enough i think it should be illegal..!! but today

different !! today is so rubbish i allready ave headach and its 7.30

well i guess gettin poor sleep doesnt help..

anyway ilove it when it seems like a rubish day from the 1st halk an hour on it..

Good morning CF.. dear formures

Yesterday i ad this brillient idea of walking .. you know get fit related issue lol

and ithought it wont be hard if walked slowely and kept my breathing organized..

i waked about 5 or 6 miles and i felt ok, my legs hurt a bit but not much,

now i just woke up and i cant walk ;( !!

but anyway it was nice to do some sport ..

bla la bla hope u all having a wicked Saturday
