Poor Deniz, being pilloried for something he did not instigate!

Never mind me. GR loves me really. but one does not rise to the bait.

Rain, which was originally predicted to be snow, here on top of 8 inches of snow from yesterday. It's like one big skating rink out there. I've been housebound, and this is winter break week! ... Think I'm coming down with an acute case of cabin fever ... had hoped to go cross-country skiing on the golf course down the street, but the rain and ice are prohibitive. Tomorrow is predicted to be about 41 degrees F (5 degrees C) and sunny, in which case all will be a slushy mess. New England weather! Go figure!Regards,F~

Filitsa mou; your New England weather sounds just like good ole Blighty! Poor you.

The sun is shining as I type. What joy. :)
I am off to have my breakfast and then walk the dog - I have noticed the growing 'Battlefields of Cyprus' thread and knowing how it is going, I cannot face that on an empty stomach  Enjoy your day.

May the sun continue to shine on you, Bubbles. I'll be traveling south to some tomorrow although it's sunny here today. ... Have yet to visit the Battlefields thread. This forum is a battlefield more often than not, yet we're all here from a love for CY. Go figure! :?

- For many years, Turkish Cypriots, as we struggle for freedom and independence, these days, gaining a whole new dimension.
- The solution, rather than waiting to create the solution in our hands.
- Today is the day of reckoning with ourselves. Problems, mistakes, recognizing that our island, our lives, our children's future and most importantly, our state and our homeland is the day of ownership.
- The fate of the future of Northern Cyprus and the Turkish Cypriot people, again, you unconditionally the decision of the Turkish Cypriots.
- The fate of the Turkish Cypriot people will draw their own power, has the experience and honor.
- This issue is no longer a matter of a party, the government is not the issue. In this issue, integrating the people of a country is a matter of dignity and to establish an independent future. No matter which party, which assist the party support, you need to reach the real difference is the first of my dear brothers and sisters.
- You will decide your own future upto now your future was decided by the others from now on you will decide about your future.
- Up to now you had respect the decisions which have been taken by others about you but from now on we will not give any chance to others. We will be our own boss.
- When we move we can not overcome the sense of being master of your own house can not be any problem. I believe that as a Turkish Cypriot from the heart .............
