I am on a diet................

I need all the help I can get.

In Cyprus, have you ever had 'Tatar Böreği'. Almost like Ravioli, with two opposite corners pinched together. Filled with mincemeat, onions and parsley with plenty of grated Halloumi/hellim. Some say this Tatar bb... was from the Venetian influence, but some, me included, because of the name might suggest it is Turkic of origin as the name might imply. Brought to the middle east and perhaps Italy by your Marco Polo. Very debatable, but I have not seen proper evidence to suggest other-wise. What you say? Dont tell me that the Turks nicked it from the Greeks!!!

In Turkey they have different recipe's for this.

I dont know exactly where they invented the pasta with various fillings.
But I'm sure that what I do by hand are the best!
I have prepared 2.5 kg for the restaurant of my friend.. I could easily turn in a new business
