lets say that i was driving like a maniac and end up followed by pegs for speeding and not stopping for them lol.. at least this is short story cut

and ooh i was driving my mate car without a licence... mt test is today and im getting really freaked out but fingures crossed will get on wv it coz i need a frikin car to get me out of frikin paphos

Oh dear!! Not a great start. Its best to be more careful than avoiding the law. You need to keep 'the pegs' on your side. Besides you dont want to lose points on your driving licence even before you get one. - perhaps thats why you ran. Be careful, be safe.
