there are 2 sides for legal issues
1-server side
our server is outside cyprus (in turkey) and it is not illegal to share the subscription of nova in turkey according to turkish laws because nova is not registered in turkey and copyright issues of a greek company is not protected there because no firm is local dealer of nova in turkey
2-peer side
peers (who are subscribed to our server and live in cyprus) do not make any contract with nova . so they have no obligation to nova and can not be accused of disobeying the contract or copyrights.
And as far as I know according to our laws watching tv from a broadcaster outside county is not illegal
as a result this is not illegal for both sides if the server is out of cyprus in a country where there is no agreement of copyrights with nova , or no local dealer of nova

No kangrooster, you will be paying a Greek Cypriot for the service, but the Greek Cypriot is paying the Turks for server space and streaming. (Thats if novacy is a Greek Cypriot of course).

Do you also have any other packages Novacy? ie, Sky Italia, Showtime, ART, Digitalb, BFBS etc??

our server is mainly on nova but besides that some main big packages are open . below extra packeges are free of charge and can change in time
-sky uk (28e)
-sky de (19.2e)
-biss (13e & 19.2e)
-absat (13e)
-canal digitaal (19.2e)
-digitaal + (13e spain)
-JSC sports (7w & 13e)
-Canal + (19.2e)
-adults (almost all)
srg , digitv , totaltv ,televisa , orf , arena , itv , deepam.....

It's still my money going to the Turks, either through me or through another person. No thank you i prefer not watching TV at all.
