How much further have property prices got to fall? Anyone got one of those crystal balls?

No crystal ball but I've seen a couple of friends sell properties in the last few days in the Paphos area. Both not too far from asking price (and neither made a loss).

Perhaps the market has bottomed out?

Thank you lee, what an excellent and useful answer. What a daft name to call yourself Z4, why would anyone name themselves after a crap car. Do you have any relatives called Skoda?

Talking with Estate Agent friends yesterday, the Market seems to be slowly picking up, mainly non-British buyers, also rentals seem to be recovering.

Had a viewing on a property I own, yesterday - will know the result next week.
