They want something to gossip about, not realising they could contribute to accidents too. Idiots.

The one thing that hacks me off the most is UK people who live in Cyprus but only their body is here, their mind is in the UK "THIS IS AN OUTRAGE THIS THING COSTS WAY LESS IN THE UK!" I don't mind foreigners but some people have to accept that this is a different country and should stay as it is! Not try and change it into a mini-UK away from UK...

The problem is the Britts who think Cyprus is some third world country where everything should be dirt cheap and people can barely speak english. I had a customer come to the store i work go to me "HELLO YOUNG MAN THIS, HOW MUCH? 5 OK?" making gestures with her hands holding an item worth 8 euro (which was an excellent price for the specific item)... I answered "Well i would say that 8 euros is a sufficient price for an item that is priced so low, it's practically a bargain, so you trying to lower the price even more is out of the question i am afraid, since you will not find this anywhere else for this price. Anything else i can help you with?"

Everyone like a deal though doesn't matter where you are from or where you live. I know plenty of people of like a haggle and negotiate - nowt wrong in that buddy!

Would you go try and bargain with anyone in say, Sony? Or Nike? Asking for a discount is a different thing but trying to bargain over the price at a store that doesn't look like a place where you would bargain for something is a different story (i love deals too, i mean who doesn't wanna pay less? :) )

If I knew I could get the price cheaper somewhere else then I would of course. If I was looking to buy a pair of Nike trainers and one shop charged 80 Euros and the other 60 I would ask the 80 Euro shop to charge me 50 because I know they could come down in price. If they don't want to come down in price I would go to the 60 Euro shop.
