Epilogue:

Subsequent post -mortem and eye-witness accounts show that the Imam had died of a heart attack. The expression on his face indicated that he had died of fright. Eye witnesses say that when they tried to remove the body, they met with some resistance. On moving his cloak they discovered that the imam had driven the stake through his cubbe/black robe into the soil and it fastenned it to the ground. When the imam tried to get up, the robe, with the stake through it pulled him and prevented him from standing up. The 'brave' imam thought otherwise. He thought that he was prevented from getting up by something sinister - perhaps somebody from the grave.

The teller of this story swears that it is true. The elder people around testify that the imam did in fact die in the cemetary.

So there.

There was once a story (I was told many years ago) well not that many as I am only 38...

This guy met a girl at a club, they had drinks, danced and enjoyed themselves that night.

He offered her a lift home on his M/cycle. As it was a little chilly he gave her his jacket to wear. He dropped her at his house, fogetting to take his jacket.

The next day he visited the same house to see the girl with an excusse to collect his jacket.

He knocked on the door and a woman dressed in black opened. He asked if (the girl) was in and the woman in black told him that her daughter had died some years ago.

The guy explained what had happened the night before and did not believe the woman in black, thinking that this way a way to get rid of him.

The woman took the guy to the grave yard and pointed out the grave.

On the tomb stone the guy saw his jacket hanging.

Anyone else heard of this story?
