Greek Homosexuality...

Feel free to talk about anything that you want.

The Greeks are so influential that the GAY movement has sabotaged them to support their cause. Funny how this proliferation of Greek homosexuality has gained momentum since the '70s; concomitant with liberalism. Oh well, the Greeks did it first (and without doubt, the best 8) )

Thanks GR! for confirming the Power of the Greeks to influence all modern activities despite their doctrines being >3,000 years old.

Long live the progressive Greeks .. 8)

Maybe I'll just slip into my sports car and fondle the gear stick for a while .... 8)

The Greeks have done nothing that the Cypriots have not gone along with ...

In Greek society, especially during the Golden Age, this sexual desire does not seem to have been gender specific in any way. In fact most men seemed to be more interested in pursuing and having sexual relations with young boys – a practice known as pederasty – than they were with pursuing women. While this likely seems strange to a society where the majority of men find it repulsive to think of another man as beautiful, and where until recently homosexuals and bisexuals were looked down upon as being inferior, it was actually quite common and accepted in the ancient world of Greece."

For homosexuality to cause the ancient Greeks to go exticnt they must have been the majority. Statistically about 10% of the population is homosexual, and that it has not changed in hundreds of years. So no if your theory is right than the island of Lesbos would have no people?

BTW no wonder nobody wanted to loose a war against the greeks! if that was what people blieved.

Homosexuality is something that happens in nature. It happened always and it happens everywhere.

Homosexuality is recorded in Ancient Greece not because it happened more there, but because the Ancient Greeks were very liberal people (for their time especially) and they didn't try to hide it or to present it as a negative attribute of a person.
