The Jumpstart Peace Campaign will give three grants to youth groups to create a set of 3 small-scale diverse bi-communal projects that will bring together youth from both communities. The bi-communal projects will be co-managed and bring together active youth from the different communities to create bi-communal projects that will attract youth from both communities. The bi communal projects will be decided upon by the youth leaders from both communities together with the local coordinators and the international experts (examples of such projects could be: peace sculpture gardens, street theatre, photo exhibition, Skateboard Park). Each bi-communal project will be implemented during the Jumpstart the peace campaign. The locations of the community projects will be based on availability and with the intention of maintaining a balance between the different communities. These bi communal projects will enable the youth to use their own creativity and give a chance to use their technical capacity for project development, management and community building. The community projects will be an opportunity to bring visibility to the peace campaign and give a sense that concrete projects are on the ground. The community projects will give the participants of the youth network a chance to establish working relationships with press agencies and other forms of media. The bi communal projects will set the stage for the youth activist group to organize at a grassroots level, promoting the message of the campaign, while creating new networks of activism and channels of communication between the two communities.

The events will take place in Turkish Cypriot and Greek Cypriot communities equally and also in area of common meeting. They will try as much as possible to encourage crossing the divide and sharing common space.

For the divided capital of Nicosia, the youth group will take care to pay attention to act in such locations that can become further common managed spaces. The group will take into account and coordinate its actions for the capital with initiatives such as Nicosia master plan, trying to support this effort at revitalization and development of the historic area with animation activities that will encourage communities to reclaim public space and share it

So YFred, doesn't the above statement add one more piece to the puzzle of you being in Cyprus in 1974 since you know so well of this character Mulayim being there until 1974. How can you be so certain he was in Luruciana in 1974 if you were not there with him, hmmmmmmmmmmm.?
