Strange observation GR. You are no psychologist, I thought we were having a full YFrontal attack. What kind of education have you had, I hope it was not part of the GO church uni.

Insan, on this rare occasion I’ll use one of the TC propaganda websites so you can read it from the horse’s mouth…

“During the colonial administration the British, under pressure from the Greek Cypriots, passed a law in 1944 which is cited as the Immovable Property (Vakf Idjaretein and Arazii Mevkoufe Takhsisat Conversion) Law under which large amounts of immovable property belonging to Evkaf and possessed by Greek Cypriots in a kind of leasehold had been converted to freehold, and turned over to Greek Cypriots without the consent of the Evkaf or the Turkish community.”

In other words Insan, all “Evkaf land” is STOLEN Cypriot land by the Ottoman invaders starting from 1570 and how the Ottomans “justified” their theft is besides the point, but thankfully the British administration had set the record straight when in 1944 they passed the "Immovable Property Law” which returned the great majority of this stolen land back to the Greek Cypriots.

“Efkav” was Ottoman-CONFISCATED Cypriot land throughout the island, supposedly “set aside for Allah” but in reality it was being commercially exploited to the max by the corrupt and oppressive Ottoman community, at the expense of Cypriots.

Ever since the 1944 "Immovable Property Law” came into force, most of this stolen land was returned to the rightful indigenous Cypriots over successive counter-confiscations conducted by the British administration of Cyprus so what the hell do you think is left of “Efkav land” today? Not much…

It’s the surrounding back yards of Mosques, Muslim cemeteries, and other special religious places like that of Tekke, etc.

I want proof that the land was returned to TRUE GCs and not some imported Greeks...
