While I know this happens regularly usually by men in suits
and I,ve lost count of the stories we have encountered here in the East, not least Conor,s that happened close to us. It is as usual the few who spoil it for the rest.
We got our small piece of revenge and we know others that have done likewise, not thru the courts either as that is pointless, and we have helped orchestrate a few for others. This helps
the corruptness is from the top down and can work against you, soon they will leave you alone and watch for the newbies
I suggest that believing all of Cyprus is similar is ridiculous and comparing Cyprus with the UK uncomparable, so go after the individual or individuals that corrupted your mind, rip them off.......and you will feel better. These guys on the Forum are not the enemy.
Cyprus is NOT anything like you claim and anger such as you have will eventually have you trusting no-one, this is bad for you so sort it now!! If its a property issue email the CPAG they only quantify the problems but its already a huge list and has damaged the foriegn sales here as well as the recession. There are many who do not like what has/is going on and will somewhere down the road wake up and do something about it. Its us quieter ones that can do the damage. I know I said you cannot compare the UK to here, one way you can is by the individuals who are on the make, same people you will find anywhere. In the UK you have a system that MAY get them, here you have to use your own.
Something made you buy property here in Cyprus, I suggest it was,nt the cheap prices, cause they,re not that! so go back to that thought and don,t let them beat you. Don,t shout at all on here, they are,nt responsible for what happened to you, save it for the people who were.
Patience..........
I understand what you are saying, but I am strong minded and even if I dont express in the way people like I still do it.
we cant always put our opinion across and expect every forum memeber to agree.
we cant all be in the same mood over certain issues or on the same wavelength either, oitherwise the whole thing would be somewhat boring.
Beacause of happened to me i dont intend on blaming every cypriot because like I have said before I have met many lovely cypriots who I have cared about.
The point is, I WILL say what I have to say, but the response, the narrow mindness, the selfishness, the patheticness, the failiure to axcept my experience is true and fact is beyond belief from these people on the forum who like to express continually that they are intelligent and of adult manor...thats what pisses me off milo, im not blaming them at all just defending and leaving my expression.
With regards to payback....I have learnt that the lawyers in cyprus are lazy, without a doubt very lazy and so are the police..I have lost count how many times I have seeked help from a lawyer, payed alot of money up front for them to do sweet f**k all.
the police..ask yourself how you would feel if you went to the police several times and told them you have had cars stolen to a high value, gave them names, showed them the papers to prove you are the rightfull owner, to be told its not a police matter...not a police matter, of course its a bloody police matter...lazy.
I will tell you what a police matter is, its sitting in a police station smoking, talikng about experiences about crimes they thought were tough to handle.
They need a granade shoved so far up their arses to get them to do their jobs.
So last week I felt so against what has happened I did take it in my own hands, like i have said with bloody good results.
As for the property, they were purchased 5 years ago and no regrets there.
There will be changes like you said.
sooner the better so different nationalities can have their rights in sweet little cyprus.
