The easiest solution is to learn to speak Greek Can you imagine if I was in the UK and I was going in some government office demanding that they speak my language? I think you got used that most Cypriots speak English but you should remember that this is Cyprus not the UK!

We had a car accident and the engine got changed on our car so we need to have the log book changed with the new engine number. We went to the road transport office who would not help us and would not speak english to us. Can anyone tell us what we are supposed to do and how please

Go back to the transport office and tell them to do their f*****g jobs, dont leave until they sort it for you...

failing that go back to where you had the engine changed on the car and ask them to help.
If they can change an engine on your car then they can help you out with the lazy arses at the transport office, offer to let them use your phone to call them if need be.
just dont leave your car with them if they tell you to as they will prob have your good engine out from under your nose.

why haven't you picked up all the other messages where people have insulted foreigners here on the forums?? being racist is not very nice. i don't think that calling foreigners idiots is right. when you look at your own country and there is so much wrong, then why have an insult like that to make??
