There's nothing else to discuss here because I gave you everything you need. Print out the PDF form and get someone who knows Greek to fill it out for you AFTER reading the two Word documents beneath it.

The second document is a list of approved auto-engineers who will have to inspect the work done and approve it.

It is bloody hard work with these foreigners GR.

What is hypocritical about speaking Greek (Cypriot version) where it is the local language?

In the UK you can find all sorts of information in foreign languages, like Arabic, Hindu, Punjabi, but not in Greek! Although there are many people here that speak English, not everyone does, or should be expected to.

failing that go back to where you had the engine changed on the car and ask them to help.
If they can change an engine on your car then they can help you out with the lazy arses at the transport office, offer to let them use your phone to call them if need be.
just dont leave your car with them if they tell you to as they will prob have your good engine out from under your nose.

it is common fact that during the war(s) cypriots didn't know who their cousins were, and because of this they married their cousins. nowadays many cypriot families are of mixed races. for someone who does so much research i thought you would have been aware of points like this..
