The building is 3 years old, the flat has never been lived in.

Please note that the flat does not have a/c hob or oven

Common expenses are 30 euros per month

I was REALLY interested until I saw how much the common charges were for an apartment with no pool!

What the heck? I am paying less than 20euros per month for a spacious dwelling with a large pool. I assume this accommodation is on a new development then?

My mistake, I see it does come with a pool.

CCs still seem very high though and all the rented accoms I've lived in, the OWNER pays the CCs.

Actually the common expenses for the flat are 520 euro annualy, which is 43 euro per month, but since i consider them high, i am paying 30 % of it , as a good will gesture,

it is a new complex, and it does have a swimming pool and common garden area.
i hope the above clarifies the situation

€30 a month is certainly not exessive for communal expenses: pool cleaning, lighting, common area cleaning etc. I pay more than that for a property I own.
