How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

You have clamped the EU chains on yourselves...50.000 TCs move south I predict this will be our next move if talks shoudl fail...lets see whether you will go back to the 1960 agreements. The EU will be watching over you like a hawk feel free to put a step wrong...but then again you could always prove us right that you would flout EU cirteria if it did not suit you.

Put your logical head on. Have the perpetrators of 74 learned their lesson. If they try the same trick again why shouldn't the follow on work twice too. It's like a good joke, if your delivery is good, you can get away with it a few times before it no longer works.

I am having visions of Turkish Ships few miles out of Limassol ready to protect the TC population, because my friend lives there and he is under Turkish Gurantee.

If we follow yours ideas, Cyprus will end up like a loaf of sliced bread… and it’s not even going to be fresh!

Is that where the phrase "best thing since sliced bread comes from"?
Don't worry about its freshness, Yashar Halim will see that its fresh. It may have a few other bits in it, but it will be fresh.

The way you’re heading, you’ll end up getting the Cypriot Choirokitian Guarantee… and it’s a certain death wish!

If talks fail the TCs should really consider taking such a step and claim our rights under the 1960 agreements, that would put a cat amongest GC pigeons....50.000 TC with "RoC" passports they would have to provide housing wages government jobs and places in their parliament etc etc...

And we'll be waiting with plenty of buckshot to turn the 50,000 right back to go liberate the occupied territory first!

VP, even the rule about 6 months will be chalenged and defeated. How can they apply such a rule against EU citizens. I can see bright future no matter what happens in the talks.
May be then they will realise what EU really means.
