It will also allot government land to around 5,000 displaced persons who are legally living in Turkish Cypriot properties following the 1974 Turkish invasion and occupation of the island's northern third.
President Papadopoulos said that the prime concern of the government was to handle in the most impartial manner, "this complicated issue and to prepare a general plan that would grant the maximum level of justice to all refugees".

Do you mean RoC requisitioned land from TCs and gave to the GCs to build homes on?
I thought it was against the roc law to build on TC land. There is nothing like a good old corrupt government.
YFred the double standards are clear for all to see. they should check how musg TC land has been appropriated over the past 35 years, will make interesting reading...coupled together with the road routes taken and how much TC land it consumed.
It know is clear even if the ECJ goes against the Orams, they have just been handed a trump card. They will take the RoC to ECHR and win.
Calm down girls .
.... until you can come up with some credible evidence that deeds to tissy land in private ownership have been made over to refugees in the Free Areas.
Put up the evidence .....

granting govt land for residence and issuing title deeds for sale of this land are two different things. The first is carried out to house people who's homes have been stolen by an occupation force and the second is carried out by thieves pillaging stolen loot in occupied Cyprus.
Learn the difference.
