Is Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas a War Criminal?

Is obstruction of international justice pertaining to War Crimes a War Crime?

You decide…

Palestinians angry as Abbas drops war crimes case

“Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas faced growing outrage at home Sunday over his decision to withdraw support for a U.N. report that alleged Israel and Hamas committed war crimes in last winter's Gaza war.

Abbas' reversal came as a result of intense U.S. pressure, Palestinian officials said. The report by respected justice Richard Goldstone will now lie dormant for at least six months rather than be sent to the U.N. General Assembly with possible recommendations for action.”

He's just an incompetent jerkoff, torn between resuming in full Arafat's role as terrorist-in-chief and at least appearing to go through the motions of diplomacy and genuine leadership. Thus far, a wretched failure at both.

Quite right, FS. One nice thing: he certainly is making an ass of himself before all and sundry. No wonder he always looks as if he has either a bad toothache or genital rash.
