New complication to a settlement

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby Nikitas » Mon Oct 05, 2009 12:18 am

VP,

We can compromise all we want. The Lisbon treaty is not negotiable. It is either accepted or rejected in its entirety. It has replaced the proposed EU contistution drawn up by D'Estaing, and it is a vital part of EU development. Whichever country rejects the treaty will delay EU progress and will face the consequences.

The Lisbon treaty does not affect security as much as properties, establishment and movement. Security is another deal and in another thread it is indicated that Turkey has tied it to the settler issue, although no proof is offered.

Every aspect of a settlement must now comply with - and can now be challenged along the lines of - the EU charter of human rights. Theoretically even the carpetbagger Brits in the occupied north may have some rights, who knows.

The only right the carpetbaggers have are to claim they have been swindled by those that sold them land to which they had no title. No more than that.

I doubt that’ll save them from liability…

If you're de jure good, I'll give you some basic Oral Microbiology tips which if you follow, like myself, you will never suffer from plaque, tartar, cavities, gum disease, abscesses and retain de facto all your own teeth, without a spot of decay! 8)
