It does more harm than good. Stick to coffee( 'ahva arabiyya + cardamoom).

In that case your body does not need it. More caffeine is poisonous to your fragile system.

coffee is the same! i tried drinking load of red bull but it only works for couple of hours!!

How do you expect to sleep with so much caffeine in your blood??? A balance is what you need.....Slow release during the day that allow you to sleep at night. Otherwise its a viscous circle.
