Tcs & Illegal turkish occupation

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

MicAtCyp

is ignorance such a bad thing. We know it all or we think we do and look at mess we made.

Us tc's are mainly ignorant of your understandings of the whole problem, and you gc's are equally ignorant of our understanding.

True about the yout - in london its good to see that the under 20's dont give a s and live in each others lives like brothers and sisters.

I was told that much trust has evolved from the student friendship between the mainland turkish and greek leaders, hopefully such can evolve between our youth on returning to cyprus. Many will.

We cant resolve it maybe they can.

good luck to all you youts.

MAC

I watch a documentary on the Cultural Revolution - man what madness, kids in uniforms had taken over China. they beat up their teachers and their elders even their parents, all in the name of the revolution.

after a few years they thought.....what the ---- are we doing?

absolute insanity, complete propaganda brain washing job done on those kids.

hey and didnt hitler train his young boys to be the jew haters, another brain washed mob.............

oh yeah you asked about the youth abroad. In london they dont know a thing and they really dont care either. they ask questions sometimes, but get confused coz a gc tells them one thing and a tc tells them an other.

U.S. State Department Briefing
July 15, 2005

MR. MCCORMACK: Yes. Mr. Lambros.

QUESTION: Congressman Mike Bilirakis in an extensive statement expressed his concern regarding the legality of U.S. citizens and U.S. Government officials and members of the Congress flying direct from Turkey to the airport of Tymbou in the occupied north part of Cyprus, saying that the Department of State is allowing that in violation of the U.S. and international law. How do you respond to this?

MR. MCCORMACK: Well, I'm aware that there was a letter and we will, of course, provide an appropriate response to the Congressman. But as far as I am aware, given the particular facts that he addresses in this letter, that there are no violations of U.S. or international law.

QUESTION: But how -- why did they use that with -- why did they do that with the permission of the Government of the Republic of Cyprus?

MR. MCCORMACK: Again, you know, as I understand the facts as outlined in this letter, there are no violations of U.S. or international law.

QUESTION: And one more question --

MR. MCCORMACK: No, we're going to move on.
