A colleague did get somewhere with the UN some time ago and apparently they have a budget to settle certain cases rather that chase around. He's disappeared off the radar so I can't back that up.
Anyone know of that guy who sits at a table outside the Land Registry offices in Larnaca who offers to help people? Sounds weird to me.

If you go to the land registry as I suggested there is a very good dikolavos who will do all the necessary paperwork for you. her name is Anastasia.
Don't have the number to hand but can get it if you want.
In case you don't know the office near the port roundabout has now shut and moved into the new offices opposite Carrefour supermarket on the temayia.

Should also point out that thats the new larnaca District land registry, you will need to go to the other one if your land is in Famagusta.
