i think it would be wicked fun to be banned. im in an internet cafe in paros now. and then i will be in one in another island, then athens then back LA. maybe I can try to get banned on every continent.

ex-pat, if you bothered reading other posts and threads, you will find that we all got on well with Moose even before he became mod.

You obviously have a problem somewhere along the line. Can I suggest that you resolve your issues and not take it out on us?

Hazza, ex_pat has obviously made eroneous assumptions about me. That's his prerogative, I don't care much for his opinions either, but I certainly don't waste my time wondering about his life as he does mine. As many of you know I do have a very full life beyond Cyprus-Forum, so if I'm satisfied with it, that's all that matters. If ex_pat wants to continue being fascinated by me that's also his business but I don't intend to play up to it. Maybe source would be interested though

They're incredibly dangerous Hazza, if you collide with a moose in the average car, the likelihood is that you will die as a result. A moose's legs are just long enough to ensure that it will collapse over the bonnet of a standard sized car and into the passenger compartment. In Sweden, they have something called the 'moose test' in which they test Swedish built cars in withstanding moose impacts.

Having driven in some of the national parks in central and western Canada, you see these signs everywhere. I also went quadding with friends in Jasper national park and came literally face to face with a moose as we quadded through a ravine... up close they can be pretty intimidating, we were more scared of it that it was of us. They're especially dangerous when calfing as they become extremely protective and will charge if you come anywhere near.
