My house is gun and flag free. Not even toy guns. My son is named Barış. What would I do with your rusty old things, you do know what you can do with them. More to the point, where are those S300/S500s old boy. We will have a few of those if they are going spare?

Turkish internal instabilities and regional disputes such as the Kurdish problem, Cyprus problem, PKK problem, Aegean problem, and many others, have always risen from Turkey’s military blunders. Is it time for Turkey to realize this failure and try something new?

Will the same apply to its foes? PKK, Greece, Russia, USA, Cyprus, Syria, Iraq, Armenia, Bulgaria, Atlantis, Oracle?

That’s funny! You didn’t ask the same question when a total idiot suggested that Cyprus be demilitarized! :?

The same applies to all. All countries including Cyprus have a right to defend themselves from external forces. Whilst armaments will be produced they will always find a market. Ban all militaristic Industries, then ban sales to foreigners, but its greed and money which makes the world go round. The more country's fight the more money into the arms manufacturers pockets et al.

I am for global disarmament, but how practical is that in economic terms. (Unemployment etc). It seems its a no go. Thats why I could not take your poll seriously.

Not exactly. Logically speaking, the proposition 'the whole world should be demilitarised' implies the proposition 'Turkey should be demilitarised'.
