114 thousand Turkish settlers will be granted “citizenship”

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Clsoing it would mean that you cannot cliam to reprsent the whole island as you have created a border, please close it as it would bring us much closer to recognition.

Of course they can't close it. How can any country close its borders to its own criticizes. If they did then they have to release the whole of TRNC lock stock and barrel as it were. I don't think its Christmas yet, but you never now, sometimes you get lucky and in their stupidity anything is possible with these extra virgin nationalists.

114 settlers will be granted citizenship ...... then what's the point of the so called 1974 intervention ...... the TC's will still be a minority within a minority lol ...... brings to memory the other thread about Turkey's genuine care for TC's .... it does not exist. Turkey does not know how to care

Buffer zone plonker....there is no border in Cyprus! Why should we close the crossings......didn't you hear the numbers? TC's spend 3 times more the money in the RoC then GC's spend in the north. Let's keep them open....good income for the RoC

I still say we should close them and tighten our belts if needs be (though I don't think so).

It's the green line representing how far the occupation has gotten and has nothing to do with legal "borders". It shows how afraid Viewpoint is, for all his hypocritical boasts, he is shit scared of being in real isolation !
