My family has lived on Cyprus for centuries. Greece is our motherland. Just as for Australians England is their motherland. Cyprus is our home. We love it. The Cypriots share the same national anthem as Greece. Just as England and the United States share My Country Tis of thee. Cyprus must be freed to govern herself without the Turkish bulldogs on her back!!!!

"God Save the Queen" and "My Country Tis of Thee" may have the same tune, but different lyrics! The (south) Cypriot anthem uses the same tune and Lyrics as the Greek Anthem. And before you come back at me, I'll save you the trouble: TRNC uses the same anthem (tune and lyrics as Turkey)...

In fact all the killings were started by the Turks. In 1571, 1821 (and everything in between), in 1958 (inter-communal conflict) and 1974, all started by the Turks and TCs.
