Tonight TURKSOY Opera Days Began at Kyrenia .

THE EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE IN GIRNE(Kyrenia) AMPHITHEATRE.

The 12th TURKSOY Opera Days begins tonight. The event which will take place at Girne Amphitheatre is dedicated to the 500th anniversary of the famous Kazakh epic “Kız Jibek”.

This year’s event will be attended by 11 artists from 9 Turkic countries including Turkey and the TRNC.

Famous opera arias by Verdi, Puccini, Mozart, Bizet and Rossini will also be performed tonight following the performance of ‘Kiz Jibek Epic’ by Kazakh artists.

TURKSOY, was established to improve close realtions between Turkish speaking nations and countries and to reveal their history, art and traditions.
