Yes you are right. The island belonged to your ancestors for 3500 years. I am really sorry that you have lost it. But that is the way things work out in the world. If you think like that then whichever race that was living in Cyprus before your ancestors came back and said this island originally belonged to us, then you would have to give it back.

We didn't loose it, because you are keeping it illegally. Legally it still belongs to us. Can you now see why we will NEVER agree for partition?

And by the way, ancient Greeks, unlike some others, didn't just grab what others created. They built cities in cyprus, they created civilization, they didn't took the land of anybody (I know it is hard for you to understand this concept) and the people that lived in cyprus up to that point, or came later, were integrated into what is known today as Cypriots.

I am really sorry that you have lost it. But that is the way things work out in the world.

If I come and put a bullet in your head this is how things work in the world also?

I actually do understand the concept. I am a little smarter than what you think about me. But I also know that moaning and crying won't change the past

you made your point. I can't say I like your style. You barely know me .

I won't ever respond to you again. I only cary conversations with those who can do it in a civilized manner.

Piratis is one of the old hands on here Jesus and despite his rather caustic manner does at times come up with some pretty good ideas. He's been getting a bit more grouchy in his old age, so we tend to excuse his outbursts these days. Therefore, I'd advise you to keep arguing with him, I'm sure he enjoys it really and you might learn something about the more hard-line GC perspective. He's certainly nothing like the Achilles person we saw recently, Piratis has a brain.

There cannot be two separate countries because while the corrupt government that is Turkey is occupying our lands and their parasites sit in our homes...there will NEVER be peace on the island.

Some TC conveniently try to make us think that there is peace on the island since the invasion..but there will never be peace till justice is done and the ethnic cleansers of christians leave the north of Cyprus.

So jesus, why are you offended? Isn't you that you preach that taking the land of others by force, by killing them, by ethnic cleansing, its ok and thats "how the world works"?

Thats not the way the world should work, but if thats the only kind of things you understand, and the rest are just "moaning and crying", then I hope you will not be crying when those things will happen to you, and you will understand that you gave us no alternative way.

I assume you are talking about the settlers Source... or do you want both TCs and Turks to leave the island?

Your comments suggest a religeous notion to what happened in cyprus and i find this very inaccurate, what happened in cyprus had nothing to do with religion hence do not turn this debate into a christian Vs muslim as this would be morally very wrong imo.
