The GC education system teaches about land ownership in Cyprus?

The Turkish Cypriots are tried of being enslaved, receiving inferior education, need universal medical attention that their enslavers do not provide and won't ever provide. A recent example is the oil exploration in the south of Cyprus, if the north were recognised and separate Turkey would have nothing to say.
Overall the possibility of having a fully independent south, which can enter into all kinds of defence agreements with anyone it chooses is Turkey's worse nightmare. So recognition will not happen because Turkey does not want it to happen.

Just as Native Americans say they been in the Americans before the white and black man. Greeks have been on Cyprus before we ever heard of Turkey and Turks.
