Turan might be possible only after a 3rd ww... but political and cultural union is possible and has been in progress for a long time..

Political ,economical and cultural union can be done very easily .

The Turks are not very popular out there and the wish of Inzan for a "Greater Turkic Confederation" is a non starter; I think the Kazakhs made their feelings known about that during the riots there a couple of years ago. I read that the Mongols drove the Turkic tribes west when they started their expansion from Mongolia so to say that the Turkish are from Mongolia is not correct
